Proven Model. Professional Results. Lasting Change.
Discover how ICAN’s unique approach has delivered victories from classrooms to state capitols—and why we’re building nationwide.
The First Comprehensive State & Local Pro-Israel Network
ICAN is a legislative and political advocacy organization that unites Israelis and pro-Israel Americans at the state and local level to combat antisemitism and strengthen the U.S.–Israel alliance.
The Challenge
While established pro-Israel organizations concentrate resources in Washington, D.C., anti-Israel coalitions have quietly built political infrastructure in the places where most policy is actually made: school boards, city councils, county commissions, and state legislatures. This pipeline produces politicians who advance anti-Israel agendas without organized opposition until they reach positions of major influence.
Our Approach
ICAN fills this gap with the first systematic state and local pro-Israel political network. Our model pairs Israeli-American activists with American pro-Israel advocates—combining firsthand knowledge of Israel with deep civic expertise. We start where parents are most engaged, K-12 education, then scale to broader policy influence across hate-crime statutes, boycott laws, and state-level foreign policy.
Our advocacy operates through three pillars: civic education, policy advocacy, and electoral engagement. We advance a 6+1 Agenda spanning foreign policy priorities (preventing a nuclear Iran, expanding the Abraham Accords, strengthening the U.S.-Israel alliance), domestic priorities (combating antisemitism, protecting Holocaust education, defending students on campus), plus rapid-response capabilities.
